Mr.Soh of P&T Consultants, Mr.Stephan of AHPL, Prof: Dr.Dias and SPACE` Staffs are holding a meeting, in regard to Concrete Quality Control as it is very important to Structural Integrity

The Consultants, SPACE and all other trades are attending for their headcount at assembly point when they hear warning sound ( siren ) as a Fire and Emergency Evacuation exercise.

Fine and coarse aggregate are being carried to the hoppers through conveyor belt prior to do sieving at super-mix batching plant prior to pouring concrete of swimming pool deck at 3rd sty.

The Stationary Concrete Pump set up and joining of piping work have been permanently installed at 2nd Sty.

The temporary cantilever platform @ 3rd sty next to Service-Lift is completed for inspection to be carried out by Mr.Foo , to ensure that work done should be the same as per drawings accordingly.

The Surveyor is doing all sort of setting out such as M&E Openings, Columns and Walls position at Sector” C ” of Transfer Plate

The Site Engineer is doing zero setting of prism ( Surveying Equipment ) to do column setting out prior to installation of column starter bar at transfer plate at Sector “C” to be cast on 28-08-05 originally planned.

New Cooling Tower has been completely installed at 2nd Sty and piping work leading to cooling tower in progress.

The erection of staging & formwork are completed in partial at Transfer Plate of Sector” B”.

The installation of main bottom bars at 5th sty of Sector” B” are being laid.

The assembly of cooling tower pipes are being carried out next to new cooling tower which has been entirely erected.

The shear links are being installed at Sector” C “ of Transfer Plate Which suppose to cast on 28-08-05 ( Sunday ).

The steel fixers are busy running to complete top reinforcement for 1st layer of cast at Sector “ C “ of Transfer Plate as per schedule originally planned.

The wall starter bars at Stair-case “2” have been completely installed accordingly to Architectural Setting out dimension done by Our Surveyor.

The formwork and main reinforcement have been done and are ready for pouring concrete at Transfer Plate ( Sector “C” )

R.C Columns, beams & slab at swimming pool deck are cast in partial.

The erection of staging and formwork for entire Transfer Plate are being installed as per P.E design.( 90% completed. )

The M&E workers are using temporary removable scaffold with safety checklist inspected and approved by Safety Officer to do electrical wiring through cast in conduit at 3rd sty slab of Tower Block

Seen temporary scaffolding barricaded with green safety net at Transfer Plate which is ready for casting upon approval of Consultants.

Mr.Khin, Project Engineer of SPACE is doing a check for column setting out as it is very important to suit Architectural Layout before commencement of pouring concrete at Transfer Plate.

Cleanliness is being carried out before conducting final inspection with Consultants prior to casting at 2nd layer of Section “A”

Pouring of Concrete at 2nd Layer of Sector ”A“ is in progress.
